Paul Roldan, CFP®
CEO & Co-Founder
Paul Roldan is CEO, Co-Founder, and Senior Partner at AllGen Financial Advisors, Inc., an independent fee-based Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) firm based in Orlando, Florida. AllGen is committed to helping individuals and businesses maximize their financial resources with financial planning and investment management services. Paul is passionate about helping individuals excel in their financial, personal, and professional endeavors through strategic financial planning. Paul strives to demystify personal finance, making complex concepts understandable and personal for each client. And as a lifelong academic, he encourages others to pursue their passions and connect with like-minded professionals.
Paul obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Princeton University, a Master in Public Administration from Harvard University, and holds a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation. His 20-plus years of experience in the financial industry includes a role as a Financial Analyst with the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and as a co-founding partner at Heritage Financial Services, LLC. In the community, Paul served as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Metro Orlando (HCCMO) as well as serving on the boards of the Orlando Economic Partnership (OEP), the YMCA, and the Early Learning Coalition of Orange County. He was also part of the Task Advisory Committee for the Hispanic Business Initiative Fund (HBIF). Fluent in both English and Spanish, he is dedicated to making financial services accessible to people at all stages of life, helping them navigate financial challenges and realize their dreams.
Outside of work, New York-native Paul is an avid musician and enjoys deep sea fishing with his wife and three kids. He has also been actively involved in his community as a former coach for his two sons’ basketball, baseball, and flag football teams. Kathryn Hite, CFP®
Lead Advisor
Kathryn Hite, CFP®, is a financial advisor at AllGen Financial Advisors, Inc., an independent fee-based Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) firm based in Orlando, Florida. AllGen is committed to helping individuals and businesses maximize their financial resources with financial planning and investment management services. Kathryn brings a wealth of experience and a diverse background to her role. Originally from Ohio, she has roots in Louisiana, Kentucky, Alabama, and Florida. After a long career in information technology, she discovered her true passion in personal financial planning, and has extensive experience in life insurance, debt consolidation, mutual fund investment, variable annuities, and long-term care insurance.
Kathryn holds dual degrees in accounting and computer science from Transylvania University in Kentucky and obtained the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification. Her past roles include serving as a Y2K Project Manager for AmSouth/Regions Financial Bank and as a Regional Leader with one of the largest personal financial services firms in the world. In addition to her professional credentials, Kathryn is a Finance and Investment Committee Board Member for Orlando Union Rescue Mission, a former Board Member of the Spina Bifida Association of Central Florida and a former member of the Diocese of Orlando Joint Investment Committee Finance Council. She has also been a Crown Financial Bible Study Leader and Money Map Coach. Currently, she is a member of the St. Vincent de Paul Society, a Mercy Associate affiliated with the Sisters of Mercy, and a member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church in Clermont. Ana Fernandez, CFP®
Lead Advisor
Ana Fernandez, CFP® is a financial advisor at AllGen Financial Advisors, Inc., an independent fee-based Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) firm based in Orlando, Florida. With more than 25 years of experience in personal financial services, Ana brings a deep understanding of how life transitions affect financial decisions. Her work is centered on helping pre-retirees and retirees move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose during important life changes.
Ana is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, a Series 65 Investment Advisor Representative, and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Wesleyan College in Macon, Georgia. She completed the 12-month core training program at the Financial Transitionist Institute to further develop her skills in supporting clients through retirement, loss of a spouse, inheritance, divorce, or the sale of a business.
A resident of Orlando since 1982, after moving from Queens, New York, Ana has long been active in the community through service and support for causes related to financial literacy and financial empowerment. She is also a member of the Financial Planning Association, the FPA Central Florida Chapter, and the Accounting & Financial Women’s Alliance and its Central Florida Chapter. Ana was a top 10 finalist for the Walt Disney World Resort Ambassador program.
Outside of work, Ana and her spouse have been together for 27 years and recently welcomed Buddy, their rescue dog, who joined the family at eight months old. They enjoy exploring national and state parks and following WNBA star Caitlin Clark, MLB baseball, college football, and playing dominoes at family gatherings.

Robert Cortes

Robert Cortes is a financial advisor at AllGen Financial Advisors, Inc., an independent fee-based Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) firm based in Orlando, Florida. Robert’s dedication to financial advising was sparked in 2007 when his father’s experience highlighted potential conflicts of interest within the finance industry. This event became the catalyst for Robert’s commitment to providing unbiased and client-focused financial advice. His career began as a bank manager, where he built and led a team that earned recognition as the top branch in the organization for three consecutive years. This success, combined with his personal commitment to integrity and transparency, makes him an asset to our team. He also holds the Series 66 Uniform Combined State Law Examination.
Born into a military family, Robert spent his early years moving around, living in places such as Washington, D.C., Spain, and Mississippi, before eventually settling in Florida at Patrick Air Force Base. This diverse upbringing has given him a broad perspective and the ability to connect with clients from all walks of life. Robert’s educational background is complemented by his impressive athletic achievements. He was both a conference and regional wrestling champion and the United States Karate Kai Do Grand National Champion. Outside of work, Robert enjoys running, rock climbing, backpacking, and is an avid foodie who loves discussing food almost as much as he enjoys eating it. Known for starting many of his sentences with, “I was listening to a podcast the other day…,” he loves sharing new insights and believes financial freedom is more than retirement, it’s an attitude. Karen Vergara, CPA

A Colombia native who was raised in Orlando, FL, Karen holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Central Florida and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). She is a Lifework Leadership Graduate (Class of 2021). Karen has a background in financial statements, reporting, taxes, and has worked for Deloitte, the largest professional services firm in the world. She was the youngest chair in the history of the FICPA Central FL Chapter and is a past board member of Amigos Unidos, a nonprofit that helps the needy around the world. She is a trained facilitator for Journey of Generosity retreats and is passionate about outrageous generosity and financial stewardship. Fluent in English and Spanish, Karen has traveled to more than 45 countries and has visited the Seven Wonders of the World. In her free time, she likes to go on adventures with her husband, Jorge, son, Felipe, and Old English Sheepdog, Enzo. She collects tea sets and enjoys inviting others to a cup of coffee or tea. Paul Mazon

Prior to focusing on personal finance full-time, Paul gained 25 years of experience in hospitality, marketing, and finance at companies like Starwood, Disney, and CHEP USA. With a diverse background and a dedication to helping clients pursue financial stability, he brings firsthand experience to helping others manage their finances—he achieved personal debt freedom in March 2020!
Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Washington State University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. His education also includes time at Krems an der Donau in Austria and Prince of Songkla University in Thailand. As a Ramsey Solutions Master Financial Coach and a Series 65 Licensee, he has facilitated over 25 Financial Peace University and Compass Biblical Stewardship studies. Paul loves traveling (he met his spouse while they were both visiting Amman, Jordan, in 1994), spending time on their suburban farm, water skiing, working around the house, and being with family and friends. Originally from Puerto Rico, Axel moved to Orlando, Florida, several years ago and is passionate about helping others pursue their financial goals. Being fluent in Spanish and English, along with over 15 years of experience in investments, banking, and small business development, helps him walk alongside a diverse range of clients on their financial journeys.
Axel holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of Puerto Rico, an MBA in Finance from Interamerican University of Puerto Rico, and is a Series 65 Investment Advisor Licensee. In addition to his financial advising career, he has a passion for coffee as a self-proclaimed “barista,” having learned the farm-to-cup process. He is also an active member of Lake Nona Familia de Fe Church, where he helps lead the men’s efforts. Axel and his wife, Jessica, have two children, Fernanda and Maximiliano. He enjoys traveling and dining out with his family, and has a special fondness for visiting Vieques, Puerto Rico, due to the family memories and beautiful beaches. Edward Robinson, MBA

Originally from Buffalo, NY, Edward now lives in Orlando with his wife, Natalie, and their five children: Emmanuel, Ariel, Ezekiel, Elias, and Noelia. Gillen graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida where he majored in Finance and minored in Wealth Management, Leadership, and History. He is a candidate for the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation and has earned his 2-15 Florida insurance license and his SIE certification. Gillen has previously interned with both a major bank and an independent advisory firm and served as a teaching assistant for the wealth management program at the University of Florida.
Outside of work, Gillen is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys hiking, kayaking, and camping. He hopes to one day visit all 63 national parks and all of Florida’s 175 state parks. Before joining AllGen, Jason worked as a broker for Charles Schwab, educating clients and employees on stock trading using technical and fundamental analysis strategies.
A native of Orlando, Jason holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida and is a Lifework Leadership Graduate. He also obtained the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and Chartered Market Technician® certifications, the Certified Kingdom Advisor® (CKA®) designation, and his Series 65 License. Joshua Patterson brings a strong interest in financial markets, investment management, and stewardship to his work with AllGen Financial Advisors. Raised in Des Moines, Iowa, Josh and his wife felt called to Central Florida, where he now serves as part of a team dedicated to helping individuals and families pursue Financial Freedom with clarity and confidence.
Josh’s fascination with investing began at an early age. At just 13 years old, he asked his father to buy Apple stock for him, sparking a lifelong interest in how markets work and how thoughtful investing can help people build toward their future.
He earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Drake University and has continued to grow his knowledge of investment research and portfolio strategy. Before joining AllGen, Josh interned with an insurance company and worked at a financial services firm in Des Moines, gaining valuable exposure to the financial planning and investment management industry.
At AllGen, Josh’s passion for helping people steward their money well aligns with the firm’s investment philosophy and broader mission. He believes investing is not just about markets and numbers, but about helping people make wise decisions that support the life they want to live.

Her role is central to the way AllGen delivers financial planning and investment management services with care, organization, and consistency.
Born in Colombia and raised in New York City, Paola is fluent in both English and Spanish. Her bilingual background and operational experience allow her to connect with clients and colleagues while helping create a smooth and welcoming experience for the families AllGen serves.

Milka Saenz

Milka Saenz brings a thoughtful, service-centered approach to her role at AllGen Financial Advisors. Originally from Peru, Milka has called Orlando home for more than 25 years. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she values the opportunity to build meaningful connections with clients, families, and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
Milka holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems from the University of Central Florida, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Rollins College. Her educational background gives her a unique ability to understand both systems and people, a combination that serves her well in the financial services industry.
Before entering financial services, Milka spent many years teaching. That experience continues to shape the way she serves clients and supports the AllGen team. Through helping clients navigate important processes, and supporting advisors, Milka brings patience, organization, and a deep commitment to helping others move forward with confidence.
In 2024, Milka completed the 800 km Camino de Santiago pilgrimage. The journey reinforced her commitment to perseverance, resilience, and personal growth. Milka is an active member of St. James Catholic Cathedral. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, hiking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Katherine Valencia

Katherine Valencia brings a passion for financial education, client relationships, and bilingual service to her work with AllGen Financial Advisors. Born in Queens, New York City and raised in Palm Beach County, Florida, Katherine is a first-generation college graduate and the daughter of Colombian parents. Fluent in English and Spanish, she understands the importance of clear communication and meaningful connection when helping individuals and families navigate financial decisions.
Katherine earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida. During her time at UCF, she served as President of the Association of Latino Professionals for America, where she developed leadership experience and a commitment to empowering others through education, representation, and professional growth.
Outside of work, Katherine enjoys devotional journaling as a way to reflect on her day and remain grounded in gratitude. When traveling, she prefers collecting jewelry or purses instead of traditional souvenirs. She also loves starting her mornings with peppermint tea whenever she gets the chance.

Craig Sullivan

Craig Sullivan brings a heart for financial education, stewardship, and service to his work with AllGen Financial Advisors. His interest in the financial industry began early, when his father introduced him to the importance of financial responsibility and investing during his teenage years. That early foundation shaped Craig’s desire to help individuals and families make thoughtful financial decisions and build confidence with money.
Born in Kaukauna, Wisconsin, Craig moved to Central Florida when he was five years old and grew up in Winter Springs. He graduated from Oviedo High School in 1998 and Valencia Community College in 2001. His path into financial services was influenced by a long-time family friend and CFP® professional, who offered him both mentorship and an opportunity to begin working in the industry.
Craig’s passion for financial education extends beyond the office. For the past four years, he has led Financial Peace University small groups at Journey Church, facilitating eight classes and mentoring fellow church members through financial coaching. His approach aligns closely with AllGen’s mission of guiding people along The Path to Financial Freedom with clarity, wisdom, and practical next steps.
Craig married his wife, Jessica, in 2005 after the two met at the Police Academy at Seminole Community College in 2003. Together, they enjoy kayaking, hiking, and Bible study. Craig also enjoys golf, racquetball, going to the gym with his two sons, and celebrating his newest role as a grandfather after his daughter made them grandparents for the first time in January 2026.
