Charles earned both his Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and his Master’s Degree in Applied Sociology from the University of Central Florida. His educational background gives him a strong foundation in understanding people, systems, and the importance of meeting individuals where they are. Before joining AllGen, Charles gained more than six years of experience working with programs and services designed to support elderly individuals and disabled adults.

As a Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional℠, Charles brings both technical training and a compassionate approach to his role. His background in social work, sociology, and client-centered service aligns with AllGen’s mission of guiding individuals and families toward Financial Freedom with clarity, care, and practical support.

Outside of work, Charles continues to reflect his passion for helping others. He maintains a certification in Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention, combining movement, wellness, and service to support quality of life. He is also a die-hard Orlando Magic fan who watches every game, a lifelong learner who enjoys knowing “anything about everything,” and a chef at heart who loves making his own pasta.
