Craig Sullivan
Clients Service Associate II
Helping individuals and families build financial confidence through education, stewardship, and practical guidance.
Craig Sullivan brings a heart for financial education, stewardship, and service to his work with AllGen Financial Advisors. His interest in the financial industry began early, when his father introduced him to the importance of financial responsibility and investing during his teenage years. That early foundation shaped Craig’s desire to help individuals and families make thoughtful financial decisions and build confidence with money.
Born in Kaukauna, Wisconsin, Craig moved to Central Florida when he was five years old and grew up in Winter Springs. He graduated from Oviedo High School in 1998 and Valencia Community College in 2001. His path into financial services was influenced by a long-time family friend and CFP® professional, who offered him both mentorship and an opportunity to begin working in the industry.
Craig’s passion for financial education extends beyond the office. For the past four years, he has led Financial Peace University small groups at Journey Church, facilitating eight classes and mentoring fellow church members through financial coaching. His approach aligns closely with AllGen’s mission of guiding people along The Path to Financial Freedom with clarity, wisdom, and practical next steps.
Craig married his wife, Jessica, in 2005 after the two met at the Police Academy at Seminole Community College in 2003. Together, they enjoy kayaking, hiking, and Bible study. Craig also enjoys golf, racquetball, going to the gym with his two sons, and celebrating his newest role as a grandfather after his daughter made them grandparents for the first time in January 2026.
