A Colombia native who was raised in Orlando, FL, Karen holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Central Florida and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). She is a Lifework Leadership Graduate (Class of 2021). Karen has a background in financial statements, reporting, taxes, and has worked for Deloitte, the largest professional services firm in the world. She is on the leadership board of Deaf2Deaf Foundation, is a trained facilitator for Journey of Generosity retreats and is passionate about outrageous generosity and financial stewardship. Karen enjoys helping clients explore the intersection between their finances and faith. Fluent in English and Spanish, Karen has traveled to 50 countries and has visited the Seven Wonders of the World. In her free time, she likes to go on adventures with her husband, son, and Old English Sheepdog. She collects tea sets and enjoys inviting others to a conversation over a cup of coffee or tea.
