Before focusing on personal finance full-time, Paul spent 25 years in hospitality, marketing and finance at companies including Starwood, Disney and CHEP USA. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Washington State University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix, with studies at Krems an der Donau in Austria and Prince of Songkla University in Thailand. He is a Ramsey Solutions Master Financial Coach and a Series 65 Licensee.
Paul has facilitated over 20 Financial Peace University and Compass Biblical Stewardship studies and is an active member of Discovery Church in Winter Garden.
A Washington State native and the middle of five children, Paul met his spouse while they were both visiting Amman, Jordan, in 1994. He loves traveling, water skiing, working around the house and summer family reunions at the lake cabin.
