Paula Franco

Paula Franco is a financial advisor at AllGen Financial Advisors, Inc. Originally from Bogotá, Colombia, she brings 19 years of banking experience, working with individuals, large companies and institutional clients and gaining experience in treasury and financial markets. Passionate about finance since her teenage years, she joined AllGen to combine her financial experience with her love of helping people, and she feels connected to the team's mission and values.

Paula wants to help individuals and families make financial decisions that support their goals and what matters most to them. She enjoys listening to people's stories and believes we can always learn from each other. She is a native Spanish speaker.

Paula holds a bachelor's degree in Finance and Commerce from Universidad del Rosario and a master's degree in Finance from Universidad de los Andes in Colombia. She has passed the Series 65 exam and the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam, and she holds a Florida life insurance license.

Paula lives in Orlando with her husband and their three children, her crew. She enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants, exercising outdoors and dancing to relax. She likes learning about mindfulness and reading about Conscious Discipline and respectful parenting, and she loves a good cup of coffee in the morning.
