Karen Balza, CPA, is a financial advisor at AllGen Financial Advisors, Inc. She has been with AllGen since 2016 and enjoys helping clients explore where their finances and faith meet.
Before joining AllGen, Karen worked at Deloitte, focusing on financial statements, reporting and taxes. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Central Florida, is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and graduated from Lifework Leadership (Class of 2021).
Karen is passionate about outrageous generosity and financial stewardship. She serves on the executive board of the Deaf2Deaf Foundation and is a trained facilitator for Journey of Generosity retreats.
Born in Colombia and raised in Orlando, Karen is fluent in English and Spanish. She has traveled to 50 countries and visited the Seven Wonders of the World. In her free time, she enjoys adventures with her husband, son and Old English Sheepdog. She collects tea sets and loves inviting others to a conversation over coffee or tea.
