As an Allgen financial advisor, you're responsible
for helping to ensure your clients' futures, and build lifetime
relationships through face-to-face interaction. You will help individuals
plan and manage their retirement assets. Or, work with organizations
in establishing and manage their retirement benefits. As an advisor,
you will spend most of your time meeting face-to-face with your
potential and existing clients. Our entrepreneurial atmosphere allows

- Prospect/locate potential clients
- Set appointments
- Understand client dreams and goals
- Perform financial needs assessments
- Prepare customized financial plans
- Recommend/sell specific, appropriate products
- Service current accounts
- Maintain/build long-term client relationships
