Paul Roldan
Senior Partner & Chief Executive Officer
Paul Roldan is Co-Founder and Partner of Allgen Financial Services, Inc. A native of New York City, Paul is an undergraduate alumnus of Princeton University and a graduate alumnus of Harvard University.
Paul's career began as a Financial Analyst with the Federal Reserve Bank off Wall Street where he served on the evaluation group for the Orange County Crisis and the Mexican Economic Crisis. Prior to starting Allgen he was an Investment Advisor with Raymond James Financial Services and Equity Services, Inc. He was also with AXA Advisors, Inc. and Charles Schwab, Inc. In addition, Paul was one of the co-founding partners at Heritage Financial Services, LLC, a fee-based financial planning and asset management firm.
Paul has conducted financial educational seminars for nearly 13 years, creating an awareness of personal financial planning issues as well as current economic trends. His passion for creating financial awareness has led him to teach university courses in financial management as well as speak at financial awareness events across the United States.
Paul serves on the Board of Directors at Restoration Christian Center. He also serve on the local board of ALPFA (Association of Latino Professionals in Finance and Accounting). Paul is fluent in English and Spanish.

James Zimbardi
Senior Partner & Chief Operating Officer
James is a Co-Founder of Allgen Financial Services,
Inc. He has over 10 years experience as an entrepreneur and business
executive. He founded Zynergy in 1997, a management consulting firm
serving clients including publicly-traded and fortune 500 companies.
As President of Zynergy, James leads teams of experts to assist
clients with commercialization of ideas for new products and services.
He has served clients including The Walt Disney Company,
SAIC, Scient, National Cancer Institute, World Vision and Select
Information Exchange (SIE). In collaboration with these institutions,
James worked on large-scale products reaching $45 million in scope.
His endeavors have impacted several multi-national corporations
such as American Express, Smith Barney, Merrill Lynch and Morgan
Stanley. He has been interviewed and published in the Wall Street Journal,
SmartMoney, Investment Advisor Magazine, Broker Dealer Journal, and Orlando Business Journal.
James holds a Masters of Business Administration from
the MIT Sloan School of Management. At MIT, he graduated as a Sloan
Fellow in Innovation and Global Leadership. James also holds a Bachelor
of Business Administration from Stetson University in Marketing
and Information Technology.
James' past and present community involvement includes
serving as Vice-Chairman on Florida Hospital's Celebration Health
Foundation Board, a graduate of Lifework Leadership, honorary member
of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, member of MIT NYC Club, and member
of Orlando World Outreach Center. In his free time, James enjoys reading, sailing, golfing, cooking, photography, and traveling.

John Rallis, CPA
Senior Partner & Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Rallis is the Managing Shareholder of RALLIS * SEGUNDO, P.A. He has served
as Principal Consultant in the tax and legal services division of PricewaterhouseCoopers
where he has been recognized twice as a “PricewaterhouseCoopers All-Star”. In addition,
he was the Director of Taxation for a law firm in Orlando, Florida. John has represented clients
such as Disney, Universal Studios, and Ripley's Believe it Or Not!.
His primary focus
is taxation issues for business entities and their owners. He also has expertise in
consulting with foreign nationals investing in the United States.
Mr. Rallis has been a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida for the last 14 years.
He holds a BBA from Emory University, an MBA from the University of Florida, and has done post-graduate work in taxation at the
University of Central Florida. He has served on the Board of Directors for Hospice of Central Florida, the YMCA-Osceola,
and is choir director for Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church.
John is married and has one child. In his free time, John enjoys skiing, camping, playing racquetball,
singing and playing the piano.

Jason Martin, CFP®,
CMT
Senior Partner & Chief Investment Officer
Before joining Allgen, Jason
was a senior broker at Charles Schwab where he led educational seminars
to Schwab brokers and clients. He also was a member of an innovation
technical analysis team giving advice to Schwab's most affluent
clientele on how to buy and sell stocks.
In addition to his time at Schwab, Jason was the Founder
and President of Good Risk Reward, Inc. GRR was a registered investment
advisory firm specializing in fee-only active money management.
Jason is an internationally recognized expert in equity risk management
strategies and stock screening/selection techniques.
Jason is a Certified Financial PlannerTM, Charted
Market Technician, and holds a series 65 license. He is also a national
chapter member of the Market Technicians Association (MTA). Jason's
community involvement includes serving as a job counselor for Jobs
Partnership of Florida and attending Discovery Church in Orlando,
FL. In his free time, Jason enjoys playing basketball, golf, and
traveling.
Jason acquired a degree in Business Administration
from the University of Central Florida. Jason is fluent in English
and Portuguese. He is married to Juliana and has one child.
