Paul Roldan
Senior Partner & Chief Executive Officer

Paul Roldan is Co-Founder and Partner of Allgen Financial Services, Inc. A native of New York City, Paul is an undergraduate alumnus of Princeton University and a graduate alumnus of Harvard University.

Paul's career began as a Financial Analyst with the Federal Reserve Bank off Wall Street where he served on the evaluation group for the Orange County Crisis and the Mexican Economic Crisis. Prior to starting Allgen he was an Investment Advisor with Raymond James Financial Services and Equity Services, Inc. He was also with AXA Advisors, Inc. and Charles Schwab, Inc. In addition, Paul was one of the co-founding partners at Heritage Financial Services, LLC, a fee-based financial planning and asset management firm.

Paul has conducted financial educational seminars for nearly 16 years, creating an awareness of personal financial planning issues as well as current economic trends. His passion for creating financial awareness has led him to teach university courses in financial management as well as speak at financial awareness events across the United States.

Paul has served on the boards of non-profit organiztions including the YMCA, Restoration Christian Center and ALPFA. Paul is fluent in English and Spanish.

Jason Martin, CFP®, CMT
Senior Partner & Chief Investment Officer

Before joining Allgen, Jason was a senior broker at Charles Schwab where he led educational seminars to Schwab brokers and clients. He also was a member of an innovative technical analysis team giving advice to Schwab's most affluent clientele on how to buy and sell stocks using technical and fundamental analysis strategies.
 
In addition to his time at Schwab, Jason was the Founder and President of Good Risk Reward, Inc. GRR was a registered investment advisory firm specializing in fee-only active money management. Jason is an internationally recognized expert in equity risk management strategies and stock screening/selection techniques.
 
Jason is a Certified Financial PlannerTM, Charted Market Technician, and holds a series 65 license. He is also a national chapter member of the Market Technicians Association (MTA). Jason's past and present community involvement includes a graduate of Lifework Leadership, serving as a job counselor for Jobs Partnership of Florida, mentoring individuals and families through Financial Peace University and Crown Financial Ministries, and attending Discovery Church in Orlando, FL. In his free time, Jason enjoys playing basketball, hunting, fishing, surfing, golf, and traveling.
 
Jason acquired a degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida. Jason is fluent in English and Portuguese. He is married to Juliana and has two children.

John Rallis, CPA

Mr. Rallis is the Managing Shareholder of RALLIS * SEGUNDO, P.A. He has served as Principal Consultant in the tax and legal services division of PricewaterhouseCoopers where he has been recognized twice as a “PricewaterhouseCoopers All-Star”. In addition, he was the Director of Taxation for a law firm in Orlando, Florida. John has represented clients such as Disney, Universal Studios, and Ripley's Believe it Or Not!. His primary focus is taxation issues for business entities and their owners. He also has expertise in consulting with foreign nationals investing in the United States.

Mr. Rallis has been a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida for the last 14 years. He holds a BBA from Emory University, an MBA from the University of Florida, and has done post-graduate work in taxation at the University of Central Florida. He has served on the Board of Directors for Hospice of Central Florida, the YMCA-Osceola, and is choir director for Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church.

John is married and has one child. In his free time, John enjoys skiing, camping, playing racquetball, singing and playing the piano.

Mary Rose
Executive Director

As the Executive Director of Allgen Financial Services, Mary ensures the corporate operations run smoothly. She assists the corporate officers by coordinating their speaking engagements, coordinating client portfolio reviews, processing new client set-up, and managing workflow. She also assists clients with their account servicing needs, including account transfers, movement of monies and cost basis information transmittal.

Mary has worked in the financial industry for over seventeen years. Her primary experience has been in the municipal bond industry. She held her Series 7 and Series 63 Securities Brokerage Licenses while working in this industry. Her focus has been in an administrative capacity. She has experience in assisting brokers and clients with their account service and trading issues for both retail and commercial accounts. She also assisted Financial Advisors to local and state governments for municipal bond underwritings and financial advisory services. She was the sole support person for the Orlando branch of William R. Hough & Co. for 15 years. She stepped away from the financial industry for 5 years to focus her attention on her daughters as they entered high school. While working from home she lead and trained a team of 20+ Independent Sales Representatives with Avon, Inc. and served over 500 personal Avon clients.

A native of Central Florida, Mary is married and has two grown daughters. She enjoys time with her husband and daughters, cooking, reading and laying in the sun. She attends Mosaic Community Church in Oakland Florida. She has lead many bible studies and currently co-leads a lunchtime bible study at work.

Kathryn Hite
Investment Advisor

Kathryn Hite joins Allgen Financial Services after five successful years as a Regional Leader with one of the largest personal financial services firms in the world. Kathryn brings a background of expertise in life insurance, debt consolidation, mutual fund investment, variable annuities, and long term care insurance to Allgen’s retirement planning practice.

Kathryn is a graduate of Transylvania University in Lexington, Kentucky where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with dual majors in Accounting and Computer Science. Kathryn began her career as an information systems internal auditor and is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors and holds a CISA designation. Kathryn has held many key consulting roles throughout her career including the Y2K Project Manager for AmSouth/Regions Financial Bank.

Kathryn is a Mercy Associate affiliated with the Sisters of Mercy, is very active with LifeTeen and is a member of Annunciation Catholic Church in Longwood, Florida. She is a Crown Financial Bible Study Leader and Money Map Coach. Kathryn and her family are very involved with Special Olympics Seminole County. Kathryn has a passion for health and fitness and enjoys travelling with her family.

Edwin grew up in San Francisco where he graduated from San Francisco State University with a degree in Economics. He is also a graduate of the Robert C. Maynard Institute for Journalism Education, held at the University of California at Berkeley.

Edwin began his professional career as a newspaper reporter at major dailies across America, including those in San Francisco, Santa Ana, California, Hartford, Connecticut and here in Orlando.

In 1993, he brought his communication skills to the financial services industry, when he saw the need for exceptional financial planning without unhealthy ties to the traditional commission driven sales environment. He started as a representative at one of the largest personal financial services firms in North America where he rose to the ranks of Regional Vice-President.

Edwin has delivered hundreds of financial awareness presentations, and as a trusted advisor has developed long-term relationships with his clients, as he helps them with road maps to create wealth and financial security. He has extensive experience in life insurance, debt consolidation, mutual fund and variable annuity investing.

Edwin continues to help his clients reach their financial goals as an investment advisor representative with Allgen Financial Serivices, Inc. His passion for knowledge and serving people drive him to educate his clients, assisting them in defining and attaining financial independence.

Edwin has been an active Central Florida resident since 1991 and resides with his wife and two children which keeps him grounded. Together they believe a family is the foundation of a principle-centered life full of honesty and integrity. He is fluent in Spanish and English and is a member of Fellowship Orlando Church.

Judy Hulsey
Investment Advisor

Judy impacts the people she helps! That is not what Judy says about herself, it is what her clients say about her. She feels the burden of responsibility for the financial welfare of her clients and their families. She studies what is best for them to help them find extraordinary money management and customized personal services.

Judy’s family came to America in the 1600’s. That pioneer spirit continued for generations as her family made their way westward to Oklahoma in early statehood. These roots are a foundation to Judy’s strength and it results in taking a proactive stance for her clients.
Prior to joining Allgen, Judy worked 22 years for SunTrust Bank. She graduated from Ozark Christian College and The University of Oklahoma. Combining Biblical training with business studies affirms there was a divine plan to combine integrity with business which has been the hallmark of her career.

Judy is committed to issues surrounding women and children. As such, she is a member of Central Florida Women’s League, is a Competent Toastmaster, coached the Coalition of the Homeless residents with public speaking skills and mentored women with Lifework Leadership from 2003 - 2008.

As such, clients feel well informed before making any significant financial moves or investment decisions, a critical component of financial success.

Ana received her bachelor’s in Fine Arts from Wesleyan College in Macon, GA --- a proud Alumna from the first college in the world to grant degrees to women, chartered in 1836; completed the financial planning certificate program from the University of Central Florida; and obtained the Accredited Wealth Management Advisorsm designation from the College for Financial Planning.

Ana is a member of the Financial Planning Association and a member of Metropolitan Business Association. Ana enjoys attending local theatre performances at the Mad Cow Theatre, her monthly book club, and spending time with her partner, family and friends. She is also bilingual with conversational fluency in Spanish.
